We love painting our hands for special projects!!
We wrapped up Letter Tt with an intense study of TRAINS!
We learned about different types of trains and then made our own!!
Then we counted the loads on each of our train cars!!
We loved learning about TRUCKS too!!!
Duck in a Truck instantly became a favorite storybook!
We had so much fun retelling the story!
We did so well on our truck craft too!!
(SSSSHHHH!!! Don't tell your little truck driver that they were working on their shape recognition, story writing and fine motor skills development!!)
Our little mathematicians took our study of trucks to the next level with some patterning fun!!
Our little mathematicians also did so well learning Number 8!!
Have them show you and count out 8 fingers!!
Letter Uu was very funny to learn about this week!
Be sure to ask your little comedic literary scholar to spell the word "up" for you!
Our little Unicorn-ologists learned so much about Unicorns this week!
Be sure to ask them to tell you all about them!
Our Five Day Friends worked on their Unicorn Counting Skills too!
We did so well learning about OPPOSITES this week too!!
We looked UP to the skies to learn about two other forms of transportation!!
Our little pilots loved making their airplanes!

We set the stage for our Earth Day Fun coming next week!

π¦Our Resident Dinosaur Expert, aka Mrs. Selser, kicked off our Dinosaur Mini-Unit by reading one of her favorite Dinosaur storybooks!π¦
Then we started making our own DINOSAUR craft...
We will be finishing them up next week in preparation for the special Dinosaur Exhibit at The Liberty Science Center!!!
Our Public Speaking Skills have really come along so nicely this year!!

A GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Mr. and Mrs. Higgins as well as our incredible HSA for refilling our Sand Box and for stocking it full of fun sand toys!!!
