A Sneak Peek at Our Upcoming Week:  We will be continuing to learn Letter  Pp, working on a new nursery rhyme and a new fairy tale and continuing to work on our Weather Unit!

IMPORTANT:  If you have not already done so, please submit payment for our FAMILY FIELD TRIP  to The LIBERTY SCIENCE CENTER as soon as possible.  

🐇🐰Easter Hat Parade🐰🐇   March 27th at 11:15am:  Our Annual PreK Easter Hat Celebration is in March this year!  Time to get out the Peeps, plastic eggs, flowers, bunny ears and your hot glue gun!!  It's your time to shine in creating the most amazing Easter Hat with your little honey bunny!  You can be as simple or elaborate as you'd like.  I'm sure your little cutie will be proud to wear whatever you create together!  Please see the notice coming home soon in your child's folder for more details.

Religion:  Sign of the Cross, Simple Prayers, Grace before meals, Praying for Others, "God is Love"

Show & Tell:  No Show and Tell this week due to the anticipated SNOWY shortened week!

March 6th:  🌈Rainbow Day in PreK-3 - Wear your favorite RAINBOW COLOR and bring in a Show and Tell that is your favorite rainbow color too!

March 20th: 🧦Silly Sock Day in PreK-3 - Wear your silliest socks to school for Letter Ss Silliness!

March 17^th: 8th Grade Tag Day:  🍀Wear Green for St Patrick's Day

Pp is for Painting!

We loved learning to paint with watercolors!!

Pp is for Polar Bears!

Our Five Day Friends loved learning about Polar Bears and especially loved making one with GOOP!

It was soooooo cooooool!!!

Polar Bear Movement Games were so much fun too!

We did so well on our Polar Animal Scholastic!

And we are getting so good at coloring shapes by key!

I am amazed at how quickly we are learning our letters too!!

Father Vic was so kind to visit our class after Mass on Ash Wednesday to teach us all about Ashes and Lent.

Then we made very special Cross Eggs using a new painting game sponging technique!

It was so much fun and they came out so beautifully!

We wrapped up our study on rain with some 🎵"Lightning and Thunder!"🎵

Be sure to ask your little one to do their Imagine Dragons' "Thunder" dance!!

And we wrote some cool Rainy Day Stories after we sang our "Rain, Rain Go Away" song!

We were so excited to see the snow and ice melt outside with all of the rain falling and then did so well sequencing our melting game!

A great BIG THANK YOU to Dr Jenn and her husband for coming into PreK to teach both of our classes all about Dental Health!

We learned so much!

The Dental Heath Learning continued back in our classroom!

And because we love to squeeze in Math and Music whenever we can... we GRAPHED and SANG too!!

A great BIG Toothy THANK YOU to Mrs Selser for sharing her BIG MOUTH and Toothbrush with us!!!

Our Toothpaste Taste test was quite a hit too!

Our Afternoon Friends were such a great audience at the STS Talent Show!
