Our Week in Photos:
πΈ Here's A Little Snap Shot of Our WeekπΈ
We started off our week putting finishing touches on our bunnies.
We wrapped up Winter with a special writing activity...
Then we hit the high seas with an in "depth" study of boats!
We learned about rowing our boats with people-power!
Be sure to ask your little sailor to sing you their rowing song!
Then we learned about motor boats and sailboats and how they are powered too!
We made some pretty special "smelly" sails!
Then we had so much fun sailing our boats!!
Then we made a special sailboat craft!
They are equipped with a special patterned life preserver too!
ππ "Let's Go Swimming" Dance Break!π π
Playtime is so much fun!
Our Five Day Friends continued our Sailboat fun!
A GREAT BIG THANK YOU to our very own Officer Feeney for teaching us how to carve and sail our special soap boats!!
We had so much fun!!!
Then our sailing scientists did something really crazy!
Officer Feeney dragged in a microwave and we conducted another experiment!!
Be sure to ask your little scientist what happens to Ivory Soap when you heat it up in the microwave!!!
(We did tell your little scientists that they ARE NOT allowed to try this at home unless their families do it with them! If you do decide to conduct this experiment, be sure to get the Ivory Soap that says it floats on the label.)
Our scientific discoveries were SO MUCH FUN!!!!
We wrapped up our underwater water fun with a really challenging puzzle that our little mathematicians did sooooooo well completing!!
Dance Break!
We wrapped up Letter Ss by making Some Super Special Sounds!
T is for tiger!
Be sure to ask your little conservationist to tell you some cool TIGER facts!
In Religion, we learned that it is ok to feel all of our feelings and that Jesus had feeling too!
It is ok to feel angry sometimes...
And to feel sad sometimes too...
But feeling happy is our favorite way to feel!
Our Five Day Friends LOVED learning the Tiny Tim Nursery Rhyme!
And they did so well making their own TINY TIMs!!
WOW! We were so impressed with our Easter Hats this year!!!
Well done everyone!!!!
We did so well making our very own Easter Necklaces!
Easter Party Snack time was so fun too!
Our Easter Hat Parade and Egg Hunt were so much fun!
This is how we all felt after such a fun week!
