📸 Here's A Little Snap Shot of Our Week📸

Speaking of Birthdays... Guess who became a BIG BROTHER on New Year's Day?!?! YAY!!!

And while we are on New Year's Surprises...
Our Five Day friends had so much fun celebrating "NOON" Year's!!
And we learned 12:00 on our class clock!!

The party continued in the Hallway with our PreK-4 Friends!!

It was such a fun way to kick off our New Year!!

Speaking of Kicking things off...
We learned our first letter in 2024!!
K is for Kangaroo!!

Did you know that they can really KICK hard?!?!

Ask your little kicker to make a K with their body for you!!

Making K's with Paint Sticks is so Cool!!

It was so kind of our little inhouse doctor to give his friend a checkup!

k is also for king!

We learned about The Epiphany on Friday and drew a path for the Three Kings to make their way to Baby Jesus with their gifts.

Then our Afternoon Friends took a Field Trip to see Baby Jesus in the St Therese Church Nativity
and the Three Kings bowing before him.

We kicked off our Weather Unit with learning about Hibernation and Hedgehogs!

Painting them was step one of our craft!

Day two was putting on the finishing touches!!

They are now HIBERNATING in our classroom burrow!
(Zoom in to see your little hedgehogs name on their craft!)

We had SO MUCH FUN pretending to be hedgehogs and crawling our way through our tunnel and into our snow covered burrow!!!
(SSSSShhhhhh!!!! Don't tell your little hibernator that they were working on their gross motor skills while working on this science lesson!!)

Ssssshhhhh!!! Don't wake us up until Spring!!

Oh, speaking of Spring...
We pretended it was and celebrated with a PreK-3 DANCE PARTY!!!!

Our Sleepy Hibernation was OVER!!!

IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!!!

Our Afternoon Friends even pretended that it was WARM and played outside for a few minutes!!

^Here's a preview of our Camouflage Lesson...^

We are so excited to continue to learn about SNOW this week!!!!
In the meantime, take a look at some of our snowy handywork!
(Zoom in on the bottom right to see your little snowman's name...)

🤣Hope you have a week full of laughter and fun!🤣
