Our Week in Photos:

📸 Here's A Little Snap Shot of Our Week📸

We started the week learning about Indian Corn...

(shhhh... don't tell your little historian that they were working on their fine motor skills while learning about The First Thanksgiving!!)

They are now on display in our Classroom Gallery!

We read a very special storybook called Mousekin's Golden House and then said our goodbyes to our amazing Jack-o-Lantern, Spidey.  We hope he too will become a winter home or meal to a woodland critter. 🎃💗

Then we hit the Nature Trail and took a Hike around our school grounds.  We saw so many signs of Fall!!  But, our favorite was playing in the leaves!!

I wish there was a way to post our live photos... they are hilarious!!

We loved our Gumball Storybook and making our own Gumball Machines for Letter G!

Dot markers make the BEST Gumballs!!

Our Full Day Friends did GREAT practicing their Letter G's!!

And did great patterning leaves on our Learning Board too!

Our Full Week Friends continued our Gg Fun with Green Paint Sticks, Glue and Gold Glitter!!

We also had lots of Thanksgiving and Shape Fun on our Learning Board!

This class takes the prize for the BEST T-shirts this year!!

We did  GREAT on our patterning!!

We learned about Pilgrims and made our own hats!

Our Full Week Friends worked so hard this week!

And Played Pretty Hard too!

We did so well on our Letter Review!

We loved our funny storybook and learning about funny looking squash!
We also learned about how Native Americans taught their Pilgrim friends about things like squash and corn that they could grow and harvest here on their new land.

Mrs. Selser brought in beautiful little baby moccasins that her Native American Uncle made for her children.  They are so beautiful!  Thank you for sharing them with us Mrs. Selser!!

We loved making our own necklaces just like the Native American's did a long time ago!

Then we designed our own Native American inspired headbands!

And loved wearing them too!!
So cute!

Free Choice Show and Tell was so much fun!

Our Full Day Friends ended the week with some Thanksgiving Yoga!

It was so much fun!

Hope you have a happy week!
