We did an OUTSTANDING JOB cutting out our Leprechaun Hats during our Scissor Challenge this week!!!
And we loved sharing what makes us feel lucky!!

We loved learning about Octopuses for Letter O!!
Ask your little Marine Biologist to tell you all about their Octopus' suction cups!!!

We Loved using Cheeri- O's for this craft (and snack too!!!)
We learned about Lent and started our Good Deed Collections to show Jesus how much we love Him by doing kind deeds for others. Ask your little angel to tell you all about it!
We also painted our Cross Eggs which are now on display in our combined PreK-3 and 4 Hallway Bulletin Board... Photo coming soon!!

Weekly Recap: What a BUSY and SUPER FUN WEEK!!! Rainbows were a HUGE HIT! So was learning about Leprechauns, Shamrocks, PAJAMA DAY, our color science experiment, learning about octopuses, collecting good deeds for Jesus and playing outside! These were just some of the highlights!!
A Sneak Peek at Our Upcoming Week: We will be wrapping up our Weather Unit with Wind this week. We will also be having lots of fun with Letter Pp!!
Easter Hat Parade - April 11th at 11:15am (rain date 4/13): Easter is in April this year and so is our Annual PreK Easter Hat Celebration! Time to get out the Peeps, plastic eggs, flowers, bunny ears and your hot glue gun!! It's your time to shine in creating the most amazing Easter Hat with your little honey bunny! You can be as simple or elaborate as you'd like. I'm sure your little cutie will be proud to wear whatever you create together! Please see the notice that will be coming home in your child's folder in the upcoming weeks for more details. (I thought I'd give everyone an early heads-up since the dollar stores are already full of Easter items! At this rate, by Easter they will probably be full of Halloween things lol.)

Show & Tell: Friday, March 11th - Animal Day!!! Please bring in ONE animal themed item to Show and Tell our friends about. We will be having a school wide animal theme tag day too. (Please see the Parent Page on our School Website regarding the 4th grade Service Project for 11th Hour Rescue for more details.)
