๐ธ Here's A Little Snap Shot of Our Week๐ธ
Our little monsters work so hard this EEEEEK weeeeeeek!!
E is for Elephant!
Ask your little conservationist all about these majestical creatures!
This was the first step in a pretty spooky masterpiece!
Can you guess what we are making????
Making mummies was so fun!!
(SSSShhhhh!!! Don't tell your spooky little monster that they were working on their fine motor development!!)
We did so well working on our Prayer Book!!
Be on the look out! It is published and ready for circulation!!
Things got a little "batty" for our Five Day Friends!
We used a new painting technique for this spooky masterpiece!
Be sure to ask your little bat lover some cool bat facts!
We loved dramatizing our Bat Song!!
(Ssshhh!!! Don't tell your batty little actor that they were working on sequencing and subtraction skills!!!)
Our Five Day Gamers learned how to play CONCENTRATION on our Learning Board!
(Sssshhh!! Don't tell them they were working on memorization skills and nocturnal animal facts too!!)
Then we played some SPOOKY Ghost Letter Review Concentration Games too!!
e is for egg!
We learned about all different kinds of animals that hatch from eggs!
And then hatched up some of our own "e" fun!!
We did so well on our Egg Balancing Relays!!
(Sssshhh!! Don't tell your little balancer that they were working on their gross motor skills!)
After reading a funny "Leaf Hunt" Storybook, our little scientific explorers hit the STS Trails to gather some pretty spectacular fall foliage!!
We worked on our fine motor skills while threading our leaves onto our Leafy Guys!
A great BIG THANK YOU to Mrs. Selser for finding this adorable craft for our little fall leaf peepers to create! This is sure to become a part of our PreK-3 Program for years to come!!
Our scientists did so well analyzing our leaves and working on our Leaf Scholastic magazine!
Then our Five Day Friends turned their attention to some eight legged creepy crawlers!!!
And created some spook-tacular masterpieces!
Then we practiced writing our E's on our EEK's!!!
EEK!!!
Our little monsters LOVED our Spooky Movement Games!!
In Religion we learned about the power of perseverance and how God will never give give up on us and we should never give up on him either. We read a sweet story about a little boy and his chalk masterpiece and how he never gave up on removing the fall leaves that kept covering it. Then we went outside and created our own!!

We did so well identifying all of Potato Head's Five Senses!!
(Our Potatoes' personalities really made me laugh this year!)
Things got pretty exciting in PreK-3 with our Special Five Senses EXPERIMENT!!!
We used our EYES to SEE what was happening!!
We used our EARS to HEAR what was happening!!
We used our NOSES to SMELL the deliciousness that was permeating throughout our classroom!!
AND THEN...
It was time to use our HANDS to TOUCH and our MOUTHS to TASTE!!!!!
Then we learned Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down to record our taste test results onto our Class Graph!
Be sure to ask your little taste tester all about our Experiment and their SENSES!!
Playing outside is so much fun!
Thank you for bundling up your little one!!
There's always room for one more!
