Week of January 16, 2023

We have been doing such a wonderful job praying for our loved ones
 and for people who need extra prayers too.  πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—


It may have been rainy outside this week, but it was a snowy winter wonderland in our classroom!!!


We graphed what we wore on our hands to school.  Our Graph is now on display in our Learning Center Hallway gallery!



Mm is for Mitten Matching Games!


Mm is for Making our own Mittens too!


We used skinny markers to trace our names!



Our warm mittens are now "drying" on our classroom fireplace!
And they are ALL LABELED with our NAMES!!  


We LOVED working on our Scissor Skills this week!




Counting buttons on our snowmen was fun too!



We were able to play outside for a few minutes too!




We loved dramatizing our "Five Little Snowmen" song too!!


M is for Moose!




Ask your little Moose Maker to tell you about the storybook Moose's Loose Tooth!



We loved learning about SNOW this week!






Our adorable snowmen are now on display in our classroom!


We practiced throwing and catching snowballs!


And then had a SNOWBALL FIGHT!!!!!


We loved learning about diamonds and using pipe cleaners to make our own!






We even drew diamonds on our snowflakes!


Before using glue and glitter on the other side!
They are now decorating our wintery classroom sky!!



Making mitten patterns on our Learning Board was so much fun!




Our Snow Globes turned out so beautifully!
They will soon be on display in our Hallway Gallery... Photo coming soon!



Marshmallow Madness was such a fun way to learn to count to 5!



Our Hot Chocolate Mugs are sooooo cool!!






We had a Magnificent Show and Tell too!!








Our Five day friends loved making Peace Signs to celebrate MLK Day.

A Sneak Peek at Our Upcoming Week:  We will be finishing up letter Mm and reviewing Letters Aa-Mm this week.  We will also be working on our name recognition as well as our Weather Unit.
