Week of September 19, 2022

Preschool is sooooo coooool!!!!!

We loved learning all about apples... and painting them too!

Alligators were so much fun to learn about too!

We LOVED sharing our "All About Me" Books with our friends!

Indoor playtime is always so much fun!

We have so many toys to choose from!

We love playing outside!

We worked so hard this week!

Circles were so much fun to make and sing about!

Do you know what apple seeds are called?  Ask your preschooler, they do!

We loved getting our hands dirty painting pips onto our apple cores!!

Fun in the sun with our cuties!!

I tried tricking them but they were no match for me!  

Finding the "different" one in each set was as easy as could be!!

Dot markers are so much fun to paint with!

More outside fun!

It was an "A is for Awesome" Show and Tell!!

We are amazing presenters and audience as well!!

PreK Friends are AMAZING!!!

Weekly Recap:

We had such a fun first full week of PreK this week!  

Letter Aa, Number 0, All About Me, Show and Tell, Alligators, Apples, Sense of Taste: Apple Taste Test, Color Yellow, Same/Different and Circles were just some of the highlights!  We loved dancing and singing "The Alligator Chomp" as well as our "Silly Dance Contest!"

Show and Tell:  Friday, September 23rd-  Please bring your Teddy Bear to school for Letter Bb fun!  ***PLEASE LABEL WITH YOUR CHILD's NAME***

Class Directory:

I am in the process of compiling a class directory for our PreK-3 families to facilitate in communications between you (birthday invites, play dates, etc.).  I will need you to either opt in or opt out of the directory and will also need to know what information you would like to be included.  Please respond to the survey I sent home as soon as possible so I can get the directory out to our families.  If you choose not to be included, please indicate that on the form and return it to school.  

Dates to Remember:

September 30th- Go Gold Tag Day to support the fight against childhood cancer ($1 donations or any amount you'd like will be collected for St Jude's Research Hospital)

October 7th and 10th- NO SCHOOL - Teacher Professional Day & Columbus Day

October 12th- Tentative Date- 🍂🍁Fall Fun Day🍂🍁:  Details coming home soon - (Volunteers Needed)

October 28th- Halloween Tag Day:  Information coming soon

October 31st- 🎃PreK MORNING Halloween Parade🎃:  Details coming home soon... Our Parade is separate from the Big School AFTERNOON Parade. 

December 9th:  Save the Date- 🎄Tentative PreK Christmas Show🎄
