🌈OUR Colorful CLASS RAINBOW!!🌈

Weekly Recap:  We met our NAUTIEST Storybook Character YET!!  Ask your little story teller to tell you all about him!!  Rain, rainbows, Rabbit Foo Foo and rocket ships were all the rage this week!

🐇🐰Easter Hat Parade🐰🐇 - March 22nd at 11:15am (rain date 3/25):  Easter is in March this year and so is our Annual PreK Easter Hat Celebration!  Time to get out the Peeps, plastic eggs, flowers, bunny ears and your hot glue gun!!  It's your time to shine in creating the most amazing Easter Hat with your little honey bunny!  You can be as simple or elaborate as you'd like.  I'm sure your little cutie will be proud to wear whatever you create together!  Please see the notice that came home in your child's folder for more details.  (I thought I'd give everyone an early heads-up since the dollar stores are already full of Easter items!)

Religion:  Sign of the Cross, Simple Prayers, Grace before meals, Praying for Others, Good Deeds, Lent and Easter

Show & Tell:  Friday, March 8th:  Silly Day in PreK-3! Wear your silliest socks and bring in something silly to SHOW and TELL our friends about

R is for Rabbit Foo Foo!

We did so well wrapping up #6 and counting and peeling six stickers too!!

Rain Clouds were so cool to learn about!

And making them Rain was so fun!!

Gross Motor Games are always so much fun!  (Especially when we can't get outside to play!!)

Our Name Writing and Scissor Skills are coming along SO NICELY!!!

Our Scientists were back it mixing colors this week!

Do you know what blue and yellow make??  Ask your little artist, they do!!

Playtime is so much fun!

We loved using Dot Markers to paint Raindrops! 

Our Five Day Friends LOVED making edible patterns!!

Making our patterns disappear was our favorite part!!

And working on STEAM Activities was cool too!!

Learning Board Raindrop Letter Games were so much fun!

It was so nice to play outside this week!

We love this painting technique!

We were SO EXCITED for our Rainbow Experiments!!

We filled every other cup with water... Then we counted and added 6 drops of food coloring to 4 of the cups... Then came the paper towels and...

Then we observed and observed... 

And LOOK WHAT HAPPENED!!!!

Science is SO COOL!!!

Did you hear about our Skittles Rainbow Experiment too???

Even Officer Feeney was impressed!!

Then we chose our favorite Rainbow Color and wrote our names on it!

And then we GRAPHED our results!

Father Jun joined our Math Lesson too!!

Look at our Final Results!

We worked so hard on our rainbow pots of gold!

Putting the rainbow colors in the correct order was a super challenge!

We did so well!!

Adding sparkly gold to our coins was so cool too!

Our masterpieces are now on display in our Classroom!!

Our Rainbow Dice Rolling Game was SO FUN!!!

And so was making our Hand Rainbows!!

r is for rocket!

Did you notice who the astronaut in your aerospace engineer's rocket is???

Did you hear about how important it is to brush our teeth???

We had so much fun brushing away the sugar bugs!

And we loved learning about healthy foods and drinks!

We also loved our tooth brushing song!!

Rainbow Color Show and Tell was so cool!!

We loved making our "Rabbit Foo Foo Goonies!!!!"

And we used our Color of the Month!!

Bye Bye Red Playdough!! Can you guess what color we are going to use next???
